This marketing website sets no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies and stores no cookies on your device. There is no cross-device tracking and no profiling. Fonts are served locally (no requests to external font servers).

This website uses PostHog (EU Cloud, Frankfurt) for anonymous, cookieless reach measurement. No cookies and no other data are stored on or read from your device. There is no cross-device tracking, no profiling and no identification of individuals; counting is performed via a privacy-friendly, server-side hash, and your IP address is not stored in the process. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, no consent is required under § 165(3) TKG 2021; a cookie banner is therefore not necessary. The app

The OrYap app uses no browser cookies. Instead it uses on-device storage:

• a secure store for the login token so you stay signed in,
• a local queue for offline processing of recordings/transcripts,
• local preferences (e.g. language, last selected options),
• the locally stored state of your ad-measurement consent (including whether the one-time prompt has already been shown). If you have explicitly consented to ad measurement, the TikTok SDK additionally stores identifiers for campaign attribution on your device.

This data stays on your device and — except for ad measurement, where you have explicitly opted in — is not used for cross-device tracking or advertising. On sign-out or account deletion, the associated local data is removed.
